Appointments
Pennant Hills Medical Centre runs by appointment. Please call the surgery to book on 9484 1359 or online at HotDoc. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Appointments are usually made at 15-minute intervals with a 30 minute appointment for new patients. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Longer consultations times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time. If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.
Care Outside Normal Opening Hours Arrangements:
If you require urgent medical attention (emergency care) please call an ambulance on 000.
If you need medical attention outside our practice operating hours, please call National Home Doctors Service on 137 425.
Booking a long appointment
If you require an Insurance Medical, RTA Medical, review of complex health problems, counselling for emotional difficulties, or a second opinion, please book a longer appointment. This may involve a longer wait but your problem will get the attention it deserves. Please bring any relevant letters and test results from other doctors.
If more than one person in your family wishes to see the doctor at the same time, please ensure a separate appointment is made for each family member.
Despite our best intentions, we sometimes run late! This is because someone has needed unexpected attention. Be assured when it comes to your turn the doctor will give your problem the time it deserves. Thank you for your consideration.
